The filing of the certification with the Property Registry shall be accompanied by the following documents:(a) A certified copy of the municipal ordinance authorizing the mayor or his/her representative to accept ownership of the property described in the certification, and(b) the original and a copy of the introduction minutes required by Sections 31.4 and 31.10 of the General Regulations for the Execution of the Mortgage Law and the Property Registry.
