The acquiring municipality shall be responsible for carrying out the following actions as provided by the laws in effect:(a) Grant certificates of construction of structures that do not appear in the Registry and introduce them to the Property Registry to be recorded as municipal property.(b) Group together or segregate the plots of land if necessary.(c) Determine the value of the structures through appraisals conducted or certified by the Municipal Tax Collection Center.
