The benefits of §§ 890–890 l of this title shall be extended to the residents already covered by it in case they are affected in a similar manner by any natural phenomena that occurs in the future, but only until the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico determines the full implementation of the provisions of §§ 890d, 890e and 890f of this title.
