The Mayor of the Municipality of San Juan may designate one or an uneven number of friendly mediators, arbitrators, and conciliators to act in cases or controversies brought before his/her consideration from among the municipality personnel or persons in the private sector.\nHistory —Sept. 9, 2000, No. 399, § 3, eff.
