The Commissioner and the Executive Director, according to their competencies and authorities under this chapter, and in their respective areas of competence, shall adopt, modify, or revoke any such regulations as they may deem necessary or convenient to accomplish the purposes of this chapter, in compliance with §§ 2101 et seq.of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act'.\nHistory —Aug. 1, 2010, No. 118, § 17.
