The Committee shall be composed of the following twelve (12) members:(a) The Executive Director of the Energy Affairs Administration.(b) The Executive Director of the Solid Waste Authority.(c) The Executive Director of the Environmental Quality Board.(d) The Executive Director of the Planning Board.(e) The President of the University of Puerto Rico.(f) The Secretary of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources.(g) Two (2) representatives from different nonprofit organizations that are closely related to and have considerable experience in environmental issues, natural resource conservation, or planning.(h) Two (2) representatives from different private sector organizations that are closely related to and have considerable experience in environmental issues, natural resource conservation, or planning.(i) Two (2) representatives from different private institutions of higher education in Puerto Rico that offer, as part of their curricula, careers, courses, or programs related to environmental sciences, natural resource conservation, or planning.
