The municipalities shall not have to pay any type of taxes to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and shall be exempted from the payment of fees and costs for the handling of any type of matter before the General Court of Justice and the Property Registry, and for the notarial documents that must be issued which would have to be paid by the municipality.
