Any vacancy caused by death, removal, total and permanent disability or any other reason that causes a permanent vacancy in the office of mayor, shall be filled in the manner provided in § 4104 of this title.\nIn any case, the person selected to fill the vacancy of the office of the mayor shall meet the requirements established in § 4101 of this title.
