Municipal employees shall be entitled to avail themselves of §§ 862 et seq. of Title 3, which creates the Savings and Loan Fund of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Employees Association, as well as of §§ 761 et seq. of Title 3, known as 'Government of Puerto Rico and Its Instrumentalities Employees Retirement Systems Act', or any other pension or retirement system subsidized by the Government of Puerto Rico to which they are contributing on the date of approval of this act.\nHistory —Aug. 30, 1991, No. 81, § 12.023, renumbered as § 11.023 on Jan. 10, 1999, No. 30, § 3; renumbered as § 11.024 on Jan. 10, 1999, No. 42, § 2.
