In order for the jurisdictions established in §§ 4620–4626 of this title to be exercised by a municipality or by a public agency, they shall require the drafting and adoption of the regulations adopted by the Planning for this purpose. The Planning Board is hereby ordered to adopt, within the term of one year from the date of approval of this act regulations which shall provide for the use of the new jurisdictions.
