Should the excavator or wrecker wish to change the date or time to begin the excavation or demolition, it shall notify the Excavation and Demolition Coordination Center, which shall, in turn, notify the operators of the changes proposed, as well as the new date and time of the excavation or demolition, if indicated by the excavator or wrecker. In case the excavator or wrecker exceeds the terms provided in this chapter to begin the multiple or continuous excavations or demolitions, it shall be under the obligation to comply with the requirements established in § 4631e of this title, with the exception of the provisions of subsection (j) of § 4631c of this title.
