In order to comply with the provisions of §§ 5051–5058 of this title, the Collection Center, its officials, agents, or employees, shall have the right to enter any property to take measurements, ascertain boundaries, perform soil tests or carry out any other task that may be necessary or pertinent for such an appraisal, after notifying the owner or his/her representative at least five (5) days in advance.\nHistory —Aug. 30, 1991, No. 83, § 3.04.
