For the purpose of implementing this part and performing the duties imposed and powers conferred upon it, the Collection Center is hereby authorized to create the necessary Appraisal and Collection Districts, and appoint the personnel, agents or representatives on whom it shall delegate its powers and duties pursuant to the Municipal Revenue Collection Center Act, §§ 5801 et seq. of this title.\nHistory —Aug. 30, 1991, No. 83, § 3.09.
