Upon receipt of money to redeem the property in the above mentioned manner, the Collection Center shall notify the buyer, his/her heirs or assigns, of the payment of said money and shall keep it at the disposal of said buyer, heirs or assigns, in the manner stated in the purchase certificate.\nHistory —Aug. 30, 1991, No. 83, § 4.17.
