For any land plotting, segregation, grouping, and capacity rectification of real property, a survey plan drawn by an authorized professional shall be required, as provided by §§ 711 et seq. of Title 20, and pursuant to the standards established by the MRCC through regulations. A survey plan shall also be required for the first transaction of transfer of title of a parcel or land lot made after the date of effectiveness of this act and its regulations.\nHistory —Aug. 30, 2000, No. 235, § 4, eff. 90 days after Aug. 30, 2000.
