Once the RPA, or the corresponding municipal permits office, approves the survey plan, it shall be the obligation of the professional who drew the plan to submit a certified copy thereof to the MRCC, within a term not greater than twenty (20) days counted from the date of notice of the approval of the plan by the RPA or the municipal permits office.\nHistory —Aug. 30, 2000, No. 235, § 5, eff. 90 days after Aug. 30, 2000.
