In the execution of deeds to authorize any of the transactions described in § 5133 of this title, it shall be the obligation of the person making the transaction or of the person who segregates, groups, lots, or requests the capacity rectification, to procure the survey of the corresponding property and to obtain the cadastral certificate thereof, which shall be attached by the authorizing notary to the document to be filed at the Property Registry and the MRCC.\nHistory —Aug. 30, 2000, No. 235, § 6, eff. 90 days after Aug. 30, 2000.
