The functions of the Board shall be the following:\n(a) To provide technical input to the cadastre.\n(b) To participate and offer recommendations to establish regulatory criteria and standards to govern the land lot and parcel surveying process.\n(c) To direct efforts to seek agreement between the Property Registry and the cadastre.\n(d) Any other function assigned through regulations by the MRCC.\nHistory —Aug. 30, 2000, No. 235, § 15, eff. 90 days after Aug. 30, 2000.
