The CRIM shall be appropriated annually the sum of four million dollars ($4,000,000) beginning in July 1, 2015, for the operations and maintenance of the Puerto Rico Cadrastre. The Office of Management and Budget in conjunction with the CRIM shall revise the sum provided herein every three (3) years in order to ensure that it meets all the requirements to guarantee the operations and maintenance of the Puerto Rico Cadastre.
