Those properties that are wholly or partially affected by housing, slum clearance and urban renewal projects, are hereby exempted from payment of all property taxes, following the procedures provided below.\nIt shall be understood that properties 'affected by housing, slum clearance or urban renewal projects' are those located in areas in which the Planning Board has favorably recommended the development of a housing, slum clearance or urban renewal project. The Planning Board shall serve the Collection Center with a copy of its recommendation which will include a map indicating the affected area.\nHistory —Aug. 30, 1991, No. 83, § 5.15.
