The Center shall use the moneys yielded by the financing as follows: to bring the payment of its statutory and fiduciary obligations up to date, including any unpaid and overdue debts with the Commonwealth Debt Redemption Fund; any unpaid and overdue debts with the Municipal Debt Redemption Fund in custody of the Government Development Bank; obligations to municipalities pending payment on account of the underestimation of revenues; and interest owed to municipalities on account of the investment of available funds in the Municipal Debt Redemption Fund in custody of the Government Development Bank.\nHistory —Jan. 26, 2000, No. 42, § 6.
