The Executive Director of the Center shall remit a detailed report on the use of the funds generated by the loan authorized by §§ 5821–5831 of this title, to the Committees on Municipal Affairs of the House and the Senate of Puerto Rico no later than the 1st of January following the close of Fiscal Year 2000-2001 and subsequent fiscal years, until the use of the funds provided by said loan is completed.\nHistory —Jan. 26, 2000, No. 42, § 9.
