The Office of Management and Budget shall include in the Budget of the Government of Puerto Rico, in each of the budgets of the Government of Puerto Rico for the next twenty (20) fiscal years, starting with Fiscal Year 1995-96, an amount equal to the principal and interest that the Government of Puerto Rico shall pay to cover the payment of the principal and interest of the financing obtained for the payment of said obligation.\nHistory —Aug. 11, 1995, No. 163, § 2, retroactive to July 1, 1995.
