In case credits for transferred tax debts and other property tax debts in default exist, the Center may enter into any agreement with the owner of the credits for transferred tax debts, for the joint collection of the total tax debt by means of a single procedure as established in §§ 5101–5120 of this title.\nHistory —June 26, 1997, No. 21, § 16.
