The owner of the certificate of sale or his/her representative shall continue the sale from day to day, if it is deemed necessary to do so, and for just cause, may extend said sale for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, which must be notified pursuant to § 5937 of this title.\nHistory —June 26, 1997, No. 21, § 23.
