On or within (60) days after payment of a debt eligible under this chapter, the Executive Director of the CRIM shall have the obligation to issue a no-debt certificate pursuant to the provisions set forth herein, in addition to any payment receipts stamped at the CRIM when the taxpayer makes his/her payment under the provisions of this chapter. He/she shall also have the obligation to eliminate any debts paid in full pursuant to this chapter from all data filing systems.\nHistory —July 2, 2010, No. 71, § 9.
