Any contract or deed for the sale, transfer, assignment or donation of land, or of any type of building or apartment which is part of a tourism improvement district shall state that the buyer or any transferee, assignee or donor fully knows and shall observe the precepts of this chapter and the ordinance which establishes the district and imposes any imposts charged for benefits or profits, as may be applicable.
