(a) Every telecommunications and cable company shall adopt the policies and procedures to reduce and prevent fraud in the purchase, sale and rendering of cable and telecommunications services within ninety (90) days following the approval of this act, or of the date on which the Board issues the certification or corresponding franchise.(b) The Board shall promulgate and put into effect regulations designed to fight and prevent fraud in telecommunications.
