The following words and terms whenever used or referred to in this chapter, shall have the meaning indicated hereinbelow, except when the context clearly indicates otherwise:Authority.— Shall mean the Puerto Rico Telephone Authority created by this chapter, and all its subsidiaries.Bank.— Means the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, created by §§ 551 et seq. of Title 7.Board of Directors.— Shall mean the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Telephone Authority.PRTC.— Shall mean the Puerto Rico Telephone Company or any corporation that succeeds it, and its subsidiaries.
