Reports.— Within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the close of each fiscal year, the Public Broadcasting Corporation for Puerto Rico shall render reports on its activities to the Legislature and the Governor, including the following:(1) A summary of the work carried out during the fiscal year in compliance with the purposes set forth in this chapter, and a workplan, including specific projects and activities for the following year.(2) Audited financial statements prepared in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles for government bodies.(3) Statistical tables which adequately reflect the operational phases of the Corporation in a comparative and reliable manner.(4) A list of capital investments.
