The Public Broadcasting Corporation for Puerto Rico shall not sell, transfer, rent, encumber, alienate or conduct any other transaction that has as its purpose that said Corporation and the services operated by it, be administered or operated by a private company, even with the prior authorization of the Federal Communications Commission.The radio and television stations operated through the new Public Broadcasting Corporation for Puerto Rico, are of an educational and cultural nature, and the patrimony of the people of Puerto Rico, and they shall be kept as a public forum for freedom of expression.
