It is prohibited for any person to exercise pressure or undue influence on the representatives of said corporate entity. It is provided that the Board of Directors shall protect the credibility of the Public Broadcasting Corporation for Puerto Rico and shall prevent inappropriate interventions in order to preserve the complete responsibility for the autonomy of the functions of the institution.In order to preserve the programmatic autonomy of the Public Broadcasting Corporation for Puerto Rico, it shall submit to the Governor each year a list of the total disbursements to be made for its activities and operations. It shall also indicate the capital improvements plan and the acquisition of assets such as properties which are necessary to comply with the purposes of this chapter.
