The Governor of Puerto Rico is hereby authorized to appoint a Transition Committee to adopt those transitory measures and make those decisions deemed necessary so that the transfers directed by this chapter take place without interrupting the administrative processes, rendering of services, and the operation of the services transferred. This Committee shall carry out its duties taking into account the provisions of this chapter and all the regulations of the Federal Communications Commission applicable in this case.This Committee shall cease its functions when the Board of Directors of the Public Broadcasting Corporation for Puerto Rico thus determines.
