In the year following the taking effect of this act, and in succeeding years, the Commission shall cause to be printed all decisions issued by it and deemed of interest in reference to the construction of the public service law and regulations. These shall be available for sale at a price sufficient to cover printing and distribution expenses. Revenues from this source shall be delivered to the Secretary of the Treasury.
