All authorizations shall provide for the purchase or condemnation by the Government of Puerto Rico of the properties of the grantee or holder, under the conditions, for the price, and in the manner stipulated to that effect in the authorization.\nHistory —June 28, 1962, No. 109, p. 288, § 27, eff. 90 days after June 28, 1962.
