The Commission may require any public service company, private carrier and other persons subject to its jurisdiction and to this part, to file before it the reports it may request. Likewise, any person owning or holding a controlling interest in any public service company or private carrier shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission with respect to his relations with said enterprise.\nHistory —June 28, 1962, No. 109, p. 288, § 35, eff. 90 days after June 28, 1962.
