Notice of all decisions of the Commission shall be served upon the person or persons affected in the manner provided by law for the notification of a summons, or shall be served by registered mail or first-class mail, postage prepaid. Whenever the number of persons to be notified in a proceeding exceeds fifty (50), the notice may be given by publishing same in a newspaper of general circulation in Puerto Rico on at least two different dates.\nHistory —June 28, 1962, No. 109, p. 288, § 53, eff. 90 days after June 28, 1962.
