The intervention of any person in any proceeding seeking review of a decision of the Commission shall be governed by the rules of the court, but each party to the action or proceeding before the Commission may appear in the petition for review, through the filing of an order to appear, within twenty (20) days counting from the date of the filing of the petition for review in the court.\nHistory —June 28, 1962, No. 109, p. 288, § 58, eff. 90 days after June 28, 1962.
