The Commission’s decisions revoking, suspending, modifying, or cancelling authorizations, or requiring a reduction in rates, or prescribing rules, shall not take effect until after thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of such rules or decisions, except where the Commission may find that there is good cause for them to become effective sooner and sets forth said cause.\nHistory —June 28, 1962, No. 109, p. 288, § 60, eff. 90 days after June 28, 1962.
