Each day’s continuance of the violation of any ruling or decision of the Commission or any judgment of a court, shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. If any interlocutory order of supersedeas or a preliminary injunction be granted, no offense shall be incurred on account of any act, matter, or thing done in violation of any such ruling or decision of the Commission, or court judgment the object of the supersedeas or injunction, during the duration thereof.\nHistory —June 28, 1962, No. 109, p. 288, § 63, eff. 90 days after June 28, 1962.
