Without impairment of any other remedy in law that may be established, the Public Service Commission may, in accordance with the legal provisions applicable and through the Secretary of Justice, file a petition for injunction or any other adequate action authorized by law, in behalf of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, against any person, to prevent the establishment or operation of an ambulance service without the corresponding authorization or license issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.\nHistory —July 23, 1974, No. 225, Part 2, p. 168, § 9, eff. 30 days after July 23, 1974.
