Any person or company that has a business, property, or facility engaged in the party bus business as of the approval of this act shall have a term of thirty (30) days as of the adoption of the regulations promulgated by the Commission to comply with the provisions of this chapter.\nHistory —Sep. 13, 2012, No. 244, § 9.
