Any person, company, or entity that fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter and the regulations promulgated by the Commission shall be subject to the following penalties, as applicable:\n(a) For the first violation of any of the regulated conducts, a fine in an amount that shall not be less than five hundred dollars ($500), as determined by the Public Service Commission in its Regulations.\n(b) For a second violation of any of the regulated conducts, the license issued by the Commission shall be revoked.\n(c) Any other penalty established by the Commission.\nThe Public Service Commission shall establish a review mechanism whereby any person, company, or entity engaged in the Party Bus business may file a request for review within thirty (30) days from the time the fine is imposed or from the notice of the suspension of the license.\nHistory —Sep. 13, 2012, No. 244, § 10.
