(1) A policy may contain additional provisions which are not inconsistent with this title and which are:\n(a) Required by the laws of the insurer’s domicile, or\n(b) appropriate, on account of the manner in which the insurer is constituted or operated, to state the rights and obligations of the parties to the contract.\n(2) If the insurer is a mutual or reciprocal insurer, the policy shall contain a statement of the contingent liability, if any, of the policyholder or insured.\nHistory —Ins.
