The following special filings, when not covered by a previous filing, shall become effective when filed and shall be deemed to meet the requirements of this chapter until such time as the Commissioner reviews the filing and for so long thereafter as the filing remains in effect:\n(1) Special filings with respect to fidelity or surety bonds required by law or by court or executive order or by order, rule, or regulation of a public body.\n(2) Specific rates on inland marine risks individually rated by a rating organization.\nHistory —Ins.
