If within the waiting period or any extension thereof, as provided in § 1206 of this title, the Commissioner finds that a filing does not meet the requirements of this chapter, he shall disapprove such filing, and shall give written notice of such disapproval, specifying the respects in which he finds the filing fails to meet such requirements, and stating that the filing shall not become effective, to the insurer or rating organization which made the filing.\nHistory —Ins.
