Every rating organization and every insurer which makes and files its own rates shall furnish upon demand and upon payment of such reasonable charges as the rating organization or insurer may require, to any person upon whose property or risk a rate applicable thereto has been made by it, or to the authorized representative of such person, all pertinent information as to such rate, and a copy of the schedule, if any, as applied to such property or risk.\nHistory —Ins.
