If the policy provides for payment of its proceeds in installments, a table showing the amount and period of such installments shall be included in the policy; except, with respect to any provision for payment of the proceeds as a life annuity based on or related to the insurer’s annuity rates in current use at the time the proceeds become payable; and except, further, that, if in the judgment of the Commissioner, it is not practical to include certain tables in the policy, the requirements of this section may be met as to such policy by the insurer’s filing such tables with the Commissioner.\nHistory —Ins.
