The reinstatement of any policy of noncancellable disability insurance, or of any disability policy containing a provision for incontestability, or a provision of similar nature, delivered or issued for delivery in Puerto Rico while this Code is in effect, shall be contestable only on account of fraud or misrepresentation of facts material to the reinstatement and only for the same period following reinstatement as is provided in the policy with respect to the contestability thereof after the original issuance of the policy.\nHistory —Ins.
