The policy shall contain a provision stipulating that the insurer shall issue to the policyholder, for delivery to each insured person, an individual certificate stating the protection which the insured person, who will be paid the insurance benefits and the rights and conditions established in subsections (1), (2), (3) and (4) of § 1707 of this title, is entitled to.\nHistory —Ins.
